Spiker Sports is growing and always looking for new qualified referees. The
charicteristics we are looking for in our referees are:

• Someone that can bring control to chaos
• Someone that understands fairness
• Someone that will promote safety at all times
• Someone that will encourage good sportsmanship
• And someone that will be able to have fun and take the job seriously at
  the same time.
  

A few other requirements you might want to think about:

• Are you fit? Officiating requires some running and endurance. You will be
  in a fairly constant motion.
• Are you emotionally prepared? You will be placed in stressful situations.
  Can you remain calm when tensions around you are high? Can you take
  criticism without becoming defensive? Can you keep your composure when
  under pressure?
• Is your brain fit? Knowing all of the rules is the key to the game. Do you
  understand the rules and how to apply them fairly?
